Asbury Park is a master plan for a revitalized waterfront district in one of New Jersey’s historical beach cities. The project realizes a rejuvenated entertainment district for tourists and locals alike and repopulates the neighborhood with select residential infill. Denser development is located closer to the waterfront to achieve a critical mass of activity there; housing of lesser intensity is constructed near existing neighborhoods to mitigate impacts on current residents.
