Situated just north of Melrose Avenue in the heart of West Hollywood, the La Peer Hotel is a 63,000 square-foot mixed-use project that includes a 56-room hotel, penthouse residences, high-end retail, and a world-class restaurant. Both of the large courtyards are anchored by commanding outdoor fireplaces, and one of the spaces features a lap pool. They flank the bar in the center of the building, creating a place for visitors and residents to mingle in true Los Angeles poolside style. An abundance of private terraces and balconies afford exceptional views of Hollywood.
