At CNU 19, Stefanos Polyzoides discussed TOD as an idea about neighborhood- and district-making. In order to become most effective at the project level, it must be understood in theoretical terms and in its diverse project variations along the transect. An examination of the ideas underlying the concept of TOD and various key examples of its application to different kinds of places in distinct and locally appropriate forms.
