Union Court is a 40-unit multi-family residential project located along Union Street and El Molino Avenue, one block north of Old Pasadena. The project is designed around two courtyards, with a four-story building accenting the Union–El Molino intersection, three-story double- and single-loaded arms along the west, and two-story townhouse units to the east. Part of the ground floor along Union Street has retail uses, with a corner plaza at the intersection of the two streets.

The project is designed in the Mediterranean style, with a varied tiled roofscape and a complex composition of windows and plastered surfaces. Parking for the project is in a subterranean garage entered from Union towards the west end of the site. Unit types range from one-bedroom studios and town homes to large penthouses at the highest level, offering spectacular views of the northern mountains.
