Silver Spur Court is among the first developments designed following the implementation of the Moule & Polyzoides Deep Valley Master Plan Guidelines. Situated at the entrance of Rolling Hills Estates, this 18-unit mixed-use project creates a streetscape and building fabric that mediates between the commercial character of the village and the residential scale of the surrounding hillside neighborhoods.
The project makes best use of the existing slope with an arrangement of two courtyards on two levels. A formal court serves the live-work units and a more casual courtyard is dedicated to the residential units. Both feature fountains and exterior fireplaces. Averaging about 2,000 square feet, residential units all feature private patios and balconies overlooking the public courtyards. The ground floor accommodates dedicated retail and flex space that activate Main Street.
