Located within walking distance of the beach, 331 Wadsworth is an infill project that provides mixed-use and for-sale urban housing on 1.68 acres. The project occupies the majority of a city block, with two-story mixed-use commercial structures along one side, and four two- and three-story residential courtyards along the other three. One level of subterranean parking is provided for the 45 residential units and six live-work lofts.

With cottage-style residential buildings and Spanish- and maritime-style commercial structures, 331 Wadsworth respects the context of Pismo Beach through its form, building type and scale. The project maximizes the amount of common outdoor space for residents and increases pedestrian access.
