The City Council of Visalia, California unanimously approved the Southeast Area Master Plan to help shape the development of 850 acres on the City’s edge. The Plan’s emphasis on green and walkable Neighborhoods, a mix of housing options and uses, valued architectural traditions, and Sustainability strategies provides broadly feasible principles that can be applied to the site as well as to the City as a whole.
