The urban block was the focus of a colloquium presented by the Los Angeles Region Planning History Group. Featuring Partner Stefanos Polyzoides and Director of Design Vinayak Bharne, “The Use and Abuse of the Urban Block” explored this important element of the urban landscape and the problems that come with modernist planning practices that marginalize it.
